What Every Coronavirus To-Go Bag Needs — Part 4

Dear Reader,

Stress is the ultimate modern-day pandemic…

You may not realize it, but you encounter stressors nearly all day long…

That inconsiderate driver who cut you off…

The deadline at work…

The terrifying story on the news…

Every stressor causes your adrenal glands to flood your body with hormones like cortisol and adrenaline, also called “stress hormones.”

These hormones put you into what’s known as fight-or-flight mode — a state designed by years of evolution to increase your chances of surviving an immediate threat.

The problem is, your body isn’t made to withstand high levels of these stress hormones for long periods of time…

And with virtually no recovery time from these everyday stressors, their effects accumulate over time, and your body and mind eventually start to break down.

This leads to cardiovascular disease, diabetes, neurodegenerative disease, and poor immune function…

You cannot afford these effects on your body — especially right now!

As we mentioned earlier in this series, stress makes you far more vulnerable to viral infections.

Here are the four primary ways that stress affects the immune system:

  1. Stress decreases lymphocytes. Cortisol directly suppresses immune function. It lowers the number of lymphocytes (or white blood cells), which are your body’s primary defense against viral invasions. This means that the more stress you have, the more vulnerable you are to serious viral infections.
  1. Stress causes poor sleep. You need around seven to eight hours of quality sleep for a healthy immune system. When stress hormones flood your body, they make it incredibly difficult to fall asleep and stay asleep. Stress hormones also prevent deep, restful sleep states.

  2. Stress harms the microbiome. Studies show that stress can decrease the number of beneficial bacteria in the gut and increase the number of harmful bacteria. Seventy percent of the immune system resides in the gut, which means that stress can significantly reduce your resistance to pathogens.
  1. Stress contributes to chronic disease. Conditions like obesity, diabetes, and heart disease put you at a higher risk for viral infections. They can also increase infection durations and the severity of symptoms. Stress is a major contributing factor to numerous chronic diseases.

With the majority of the world shut down, there’s definitely no shortage of stressors.

And chances are you already feel the effects of stress on your body and mind...

If that sounds like you, there’s no better herb to add to your coronavirus to-go bag than ashwagandha…

Ashwagandha is the world’s most potent all-natural stress crusher…

For over 3,000 years, ashwagandha has been the workhorse of ayurvedic medicine…

Ashwagandha is a highly potent adaptogen, which means that it increases your resistance to stress.

Imagine that tension, anxiety, and irritability just melting away…

Imagine being able to sleep soundly and wake up with a peaceful mind…

That’s the power of ashwagandha.

If you’re serious about the health of your immune system, you NEED to add this herb to your arsenal.

And today, our sister company, Bambu Naturals, is giving away ashwagandha for free.

That’s right…

Right now, you can get a bottle of AshwaPRO (top-tier ashwagandha) at no cost to you...

When you go here to secure your immunity bundle.

In my opinion, every person who wants to give their immune system strong support needs this NOW.
